I see. i last queried a worker at CS when the works is expected to be completed and he mentioned Nov. Seems there is a delay?

Went in two days ago. Things are far from being done since the last time I went in. Level 3 and below are done. Shops from the overpass into the shopping centre are opened. Exterior going renovation also. Think there was a delay.
