Gee 1st Gear November 29, 2012 Share November 29, 2012 what do you think it should be named? simply Sports Hub ? was listening to the radio on this topic. ↡ Advertisement
Myxilplix Turbocharged November 29, 2012 Share November 29, 2012 Probably Singapore Sports Hub, but first must spend a million or two on consultants, studies or maybe even naming contests before they can settle on that name. Five minutes after it's named it will be known as "Spor'hap". If you take taxi there the uncle won't understand where until you tell him "Kallang Stadium"
Ben5266 Supercharged November 29, 2012 Share November 29, 2012 what do you think it should be named? simply Sports Hub ? was listening to the radio on this topic. Kallang national sports hub Or in short KNS. Oppa KNS. ..

Othello Supersonic November 29, 2012 Share November 29, 2012 looking @ Budget Terminal & Marina Bay Financial District -> YES it will turn out as Kallang Sports Hub after a lengthy 5 million dollars campaign, as one bro has stated ..... typical waste of tax payers' money
Myxilplix Turbocharged November 29, 2012 Share November 29, 2012 Guys it's not just going to be a fancy stadium, there will also be other buildings (aquatic centre, mutlipurpose arena etc) thus the Hub designation. Of course in true singapore style, there will be lots and lots of retail/f&b space.
Vid Hypersonic November 29, 2012 Share November 29, 2012 Might as well sell the naming rights to some big corporation. Good money
TVT Supercharged November 29, 2012 Share November 29, 2012 Rename it should have a "kallang" word in it, since it is associated with it and all other building around it has this word, eg. Kallang Indoor Statdium, Kallang Lesiure Park, etc. I propose call it "Kallang Sports Hub".
Gitanic 6th Gear November 29, 2012 Share November 29, 2012 A slight deviation would do-----'Kar Lan Hup'--Near Geylang. Actually quite excited abt it. Not the money spent like flowing water.

Lala81 Hypersonic November 29, 2012 Share November 29, 2012 i THINK that to get the naming rights for the hub is exclusive of the national stadium itself. Which as a shareholder of OCBC, i think is dam bo hua
Celicar Turbocharged November 29, 2012 Share November 29, 2012 Now the fashion for garmen is to use "@" rite? So it must be Something@Something, standard civil service 'creativity'. But dunch complain ok, if built earlier will be Something21. At one stage every $%*k thing is This21, That21.
