does charkwayteow give you health problems?

i enjoy charkwayteow too much to quit. same with cigs.

But Char Kway Teow and those unhealthy food are not so addictive. And you can't be eating them everyday too! But smoking can be done anywhere, anytime, easy to buy them conveniently too.

Just make sure eat them in moderation. [:)]

Yes, plse dump your cigarettes away!

Cigarettes are bad for health.

You are better off drinking chemicals directly added to your soup.

Be like me, never touched a cigarette in my life and never will.

I always believe everything should be in moderation.

Over indulgence in vice is not good. Too clean and sanitise is also no good.

Wanna eat char kway teow? Go ahead! But to eat it everyday? Nah.

Wanna smoke? Go ahead! But keep the number of sticks low.

My uncle died of cancer a few years back. He was a health freak who watched his diet. Doesn't smoke nor drink.

My grandma is 90 yo now. She's a heavy smoker and only stopped when she was in her 50s. She drinks wine occasionally as well.

One good way to quit smoking is if u have young kids at home, think abt how the smoke could harm your kids. IF not, think abt your family. the 2nd hand smoke could harm your families. IF not, think abt yourself. It will worsen your health sooner or later.

Some people always argue claiming they know people who smoke every day but still healthy and living till old age and some people who dont smoke but die young. Well, it is genetic and environment factor into play. People with good gene have higher threshold toward says lung cancer even though they smoke and some pple just have bad gene and still get lung cancer even without smoking.

The problem is you dont know whether you have good gene or bad gene toward lung cancer.

U just want to lower your risk and chances and best way is quit smoking. [cool]

Fully agreed, my grandfather who is a chain smoker, died at the age of 93 with no illness

but in his later years he refuse to drink water, only coffee.

Drinking is a much much much more destructive habit.

They should ban all alcohol ads and put pictures of abuse and broken families on the bottles too.

Yes i would agree to that. [laugh]

Ban all petroleum engines with more than 4 cylinders and above 2 litres also. Save the Earth and contribute less to pollution and human lungs.
