my best guess is that the victim did approach some legal moneylenders but in the end did not get the loan

her particulars were shared to other moneylenders and got blackmailed in the end

Can loan few hundred Ks for 30yrs with minimum payment of few hundreds nia nia.

5yrs later, sold the house and after deduction still can have a handsome profit of few hundred Ks.
