If its the OEM blaupunkt unit, there should be an aux-in socket you can plug into the back of the HU and trail it out somewhere where you can use a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable to connect to your HP.

3.5mm to 3.5mm cable can buy from dealextreme. i bought before. ~2usd. free delivery. just takes long time to arrive.

i know the cable.. just that my HU doesnt has the hole to plug it in...

i guess its really hidden behind.. sian..

It's not a 3.5mm port behind. You need to get Blaupunkts Aux in adaptor which plugs in behind. Not all have the pins though.

P.S. I realised that I wasnt entirely correct in my first post. I have the iso to female 3.5mm jack for the blaupunkt unit in my mom's punto. There are iso to RCA, and iso to 3.5mm male adaptors as well.

Actually I posted it because it had instructions in the first link on how to check if your unit is compatible without removing it.

I'm not sure if it affects the CD changer or not. Sorry.

I got my cable in Aust. I know Pin Liang could get them, but they were 4X the price here. Maybe you could ask them if they know what the limitations/implications of getting this means.
