The boss Fukuda san speaks passable English.

Take Tobu line to KitaIkebukuro station and walk from there. Just do a Google map search of the address. Not difficult to find at all.

The BBS and Japanese wheels available there are simply too tasty!

u should focus one day at autosalon and skip the rest. heck, one day wasn't enuff for me either. its huge and u can buy stuff from there. Am hoping for ARC to be back in the show, can buy filter replacement..

No. U'll need a full day to do all 3. And not a good idea to walk all the way. They are not short walks. Try taxi or bus.

But yea better idea to just see everything at auto salon. Even 2 full days a auto salon is not enough to see everything.

Ueno Park.

One of my favorites.

Step out of the station and walk in opposite direction of the park towards some low rise semi industrial area.

Lots of smaller motorcycle workshops and parts and accessories shops. Exhaust, speedos, pistons, shocks, springs, wings, etc..

Not big names like autobacs etc... but sole proprietor shops, specialist shops.

Unfortunately, they dont speak much English, so you gotta reall know what you want.

Reliving this thread as I going Tokyo and Mt Fuji this Nov.

Any car worthy stuff in these areas? Heard the Super Autobacs not good after their renovation.

Moi only going for accesories or see can get a nice and subtle boot lip.

Thanks in advance

Personally I feel their Autobacs also not very fanciful. I have a great time walking around the carpark outside the Super Autobacs though.  :a-bang:

Go to Mandrake for toys.  :a-m1212:
