5936 1st Gear January 3, 2013 Share January 3, 2013 I got a Samsung Note N7000 that I was unable to switch on. Battery was full and tried to do the hard reset vol up+home+pwr key. If the battery is spoilt, the phone's LED will light up but probably will die off and cannot power up when unplugged. So it's not the battery issue. The term sudden death seemed very real representation. Am just wondering how would a firmware update revive a totally dead phone. At least they will deliver the repaired phone to my home. Collected mine on 2nd jan. .. check online for status and if repaired, don't wait for their call.. just drop by...jurong point... Previously when jut bought it will sometimes restart without warning..now not so much but sometimes when playing games will give a blue hue colour background...and sometimes the usual hang. Have yet to upgrade firmware, still at 2.3.5. coz understand upgrade will have no adobe flash support and cannot play some of my games like top eleven (soccer) liao Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
