Police cannot do anything, not powerless, unless there is a breach of the peace. this is like neigbour dispute- wat can the police do, nothing but to bridge peace between both parties. this guy is a public nusiance but to ask him to get out.

It is a bus owned by either SBS or SMRT.... These are all private companies....

 

Taxis are also public transport but does this mean you can sit inside a taxi and refuse to get off?
