So sad - I pump here most often. Sinopec - what credit cards for further rebates? SPC is 18% + 6% Everyday Card.

sinopec is OCBC365. not sure if it will be a flat 23% and no further card discount or there is still some extra discount using OCBC365.

And thats the reason why I said, once the circuit breaker lifted, about time the big organisation rethink on space utilisation. If can operate from home, you save one space.

Dont even need to be there, if worried people dont turn up for work, do tag in tag out for office door lor. Else the traditional , just put CCTV lor.

It all depend.  Esso bidded another plot at Jurong East for around $30 mil while Sinopec bid around $110 mil for the woodland plot.

But then sinopec is able to give outright 23% discount.  While others are not doing so

Just pump SPC.

Boycott the other brands.

If not for SPC, you'd be paying $2.02/litre  for 95RON now.

I see petrol as no different to electricity. Go for the cheapest provider.

Just divide 110m or 30m by (30 yrs x 365). you will get the rental per day! Before financing ND other costs. How many litre can each kiosk sell a day? 30,000? 50,000? You will get the rent per litre.

No wonder some joker said coatings very complicated and hard for laymen to understand.

GG to landlords if all can do that ...

Maybe even if 50 percent do that, they are dead.
