Beyomd the marketing fluff of better power which I do not believe it to contribute directly( in terms of advancing the ignition timing).... But i do somewhat believe the engine power delivery feels smoother is contributed indirectly by the vpower making smoother combustion cycle through making piston/ chamber/injector cleaner. This is one of the examples I found online that support my view.
