Sinopac only have 2 Stations over the Island,Sinopac bought the Petrol from Shell,hence they have 2 Grades of 98 Petrol like Shell,SPC have many Stations Islandwide & it Own Oil Refinery[SRC which shared with Caltex],need more  Manpower so Overhead sure much higher than Sinopac.

Sinopac so far still only have 2 stations, it is 1 in yishun and the other in bt timah?

yes correct the other sinopec is at bukit timah very close to hwa chong instituion ( former chinese high + hwa chong JC) that side.
