Turbocharged

Was at SPC, price of 92 & 95 at $2.01 & $2.05 respectively.

However saw that 98 at $2.29, seems that the "drop quantum" is not the same.

SPC 92 and SPC 95 should have been $1.86 and $1.90 respectively if not for Deputy Prime Minister, Tharman's decision to raise petrol excise duties in Feb by $0.15 per litre. Totally uncalled for.

PAYBACK TIME ON 11 SEP !

That's because of the raise in petrol excise duties by $0.15 per litre in Feb.

For every litre of petrol, we are taxed $0.60.

i know but crude drop from $100 > $80 > $60 > $40 ...

the drop is many times more than the $0.15 raise in excise duty

LOL...

They in whites will tell you

you want 20% GST?

where do you think $$$ for expenses comes from?

you want to increase income tax across the board?

even if all PG cardholders don't utilize the benefits, it also cost $$$ to print and send the PG cards. [laugh]
