Shull Turbocharged March 13, 2013 Share March 13, 2013 that is the deal breaker part, the daily insurance can be as much as the daily rental When i rented it, i'm still under 26, so there's an underage surcharge and it also comes with higher excess. So the $20-30 per day makes sense to me.. ↡ Advertisement
Soya Supersonic March 13, 2013 Share March 13, 2013 Thanks guys.... After checking around, the price is just about the same, with the one from airport about AUD30~40 more (as expected). Only difference is availability of car models. I'll be most likely choosing a camry for comfort and fuel ecomony.... Price is about AUD330 Aiyo bro. Dun go to Oz and drive a camry la for goodness sake! Drive something u can't get over here like the XR6 - smooth & grunty 4.0L V6, loads of space and damn comfy. Tjkbeluga 5th Gear March 20, 2013 Author Share March 20, 2013 (edited) Still in Melbourne.... The car they gave us is a Holden SV6 instead of Falcon XR. Quite fuel ecomonical. This morning wanted to drive to nearby train station to park and then take train to city but NB all no time limit parking space is taken. LL, drive lor. Parked at near to chinatown for 3 hours and it comes to AUD39.90 . On one of the day when we drove to Sciencework muzeum, passed by citylink tollway, LL, got to pay via online, AUD14.45.
