Yup, mine there was weezing sound also, there is no wind coming out at all. Have to physically knocked the motor for the wind to come out . At the same time, my radiator leak! [knife]

[laugh]

I not the only suay kia!

But mine was 'diagnosed' as compressor jammed (it really wasn't moving when I on the air con) cos during gas top-up, the mechanic did not oil the compressor, the condenser leaked (they showed me a black patch of oil on the side of the panel), and they changed the dryer/filter cos they say compressor jam will result in a lot of dirt stuck in the dryer/filter...

Sorry..what is TPFT?

Adds Third Party Fire & Theft coverage to the 3rd party policy.

Another layman term for it is "2nd party".

Hi guys,

I have sold my Legacy 2.0NA (2004) and have the following parts:

1. Front brake full set (about 20k on it)

2. Air filter (brand new)

3. Front suspension (about 40k on it)

PM me if you have any needs of the parts.

Sorry..what is TPFT?

Third Party, Fire & Theft (insurance), as opposed to comprehensive or 3rd party only.

edit - just saw this was alrdy explained earlier lol

My A/C was down during CNY eve, unable to fix up due to shops closed. Driving for 3 days without A/C is likes having sauna.

Today drop-by at AMK Autopoint. manged o find a workshop open for business.

Hang ahh...not the compressor or the cooling coil problems but a worn-out O-Ring on the coupling tubing at the compressor side. Causing gas to leak.

Paid $40.00 for new O-Ring plus gas re-fill and another $40.00 for new A/C filter. Total damaged $80.00. [bigcry][bigcry][bigcry]

Fellow Subaru owners, where do you guys service your cars?

got a lot of places... depends on your preference...

most common name to pop up here is Foo Brothers and most shops at AMK Autopoint

But simple servicing anywhere also can do... depends on what oil you want to use loh...
