can we also get a "new" replacement phone with another 1 year warranty?

 

all lemon 1 year old new car ... if within 1 year go to workshop 2-3 times to fix problem (cannot find fault) must be replaced with a new car

The program assailed Apple for its after-sales service, including Apple's failure to offer new replacement iPhones with a one-year warranty in the case of major repairs.

 

Now, Apple will offer full replacements of iPhone 4 and 4S instead of major repairs, adding a one-year warranty starting from the date of replacement.

in singapore, we get a replacement iphone as long as we send in a problematic one. no questions asked and it comes with 3 months warranty.

 

in china, apple just repairs the phone and no replacement. u think thats fair to consumers?
