There is no way you can find a good company and boss. Many times things may go astray and change along the way that you would not anticipated.

You may feel you're short on time and that you need more of it, but the simple truth is that when the day started, you got your fair share: 24 hours. Nobody got any more than you did, so stop complaining.

Its true I do less work than everybody and they are all complaining about me.

 

But now I read that Nobody got the same as me, so maybe my colleagues should

just complain about Nobody and stop complaining about me!

 

And thanks for No 1. Don't compare yourself to others.

I will tell them not to compare! I may well do less work than others

but I do less work that is less important so its really not apples to apples.

 

And if the apples don't convince them I will tell them No 10. Don't try to "win" every argument.

Always be generous in appreciating the efforts of others. Good to give praises when they are due.

 

Except for those truly hao lian types, we must really up-size the praises coz the higher they think they are, the hardest they will fall.....
