But the toilet ceiling must be quite thin,  neighbour upstair pee also can hear very loud. 

my neighbor also loves to Pang Sai every middle of the night then will shower for very long time

actually my contractor suggest to use those soundproof boards inside music practice room

but not sure can work or not

newer bto actually box up the pipes but seems even louder with echo
