I ate instant cup noodle just yesterday, LOL. but to be honest, I rarely eat. I do not also have supply of instant noodles at home. Why instant when fresh ones are available.

I can get fresh noodle/pasta from the supermarket, so there is very little incentive to take cup noodle, unless its really late at night & am hungry. but I try not to eat late. At most, coffee or cereal.

 

Its surprisingly effective to lose weaight if you just resist to eat at night.

 

Also when you start to self cook, you can also significently lose weight, as well as better diet. When ypu cook yourself, you will think what you put inside the dishes, also, as it takes some effect, you will less likely wanted to make a meal late in the night, & just get to bed.

i ever google about how bad is instant noodle.

many said, the noodle it self is fine, only the ingredient is over dose for each package.

some suggestion is boil 3 pack of instant noodle with use only 1 pack ingredient.

and that what i did all the time.

some people might think it will tasteless, but for me still ok and i like it.

Talk about japanese, my faVe is their yakisoba, ippeichan and tsumire ramen.. Preparing their yakisoba can be tricky for the first time...
