Type- transparent coatings

Effect is only temporary.

Retreatment at least every 6 months, even for industrial grade.

Another option is use of epoxy paint ( choose your colour, can also be clear) and spinkle fine silica grains before paint dries up. Like sand paper effect.

For outdoor industrial , heavy traffic. Last for at least a few years.

Used industrial grade treatment and coated by their workers. We spend a few thousands for every retreatment.

During first few days after treatment, there,s too much friction, some time can also cause near tripping.I wonder if replacing the anti slip tiles will save more money in long run.

Would like to revived this old thread and seek for advice for this anti-slip thing.

I have seen there are many company offers anti slip treatment. I need it for my home bathroom as the tile are too slippery for my aged parents.

My main concern is after the application, is it easy to wash or easy to get mold and algae and difficult to brush it off?

Anyone using it currently?

Won't promote mold or algae. If not for the non-slip feeling, you won't even know it's there.

I use this: https://www.pyeproducts.com/prodetails.php?page=prod&back=new&category=rbs&code=REAS

The hdb upgrading contractor I spoke to actually advised against it.. saying it won't last and midday have special care in some type of detergent cannot use.

could this be just another kind of transparent clear silicon (in more liquid form) likely??  I think it will peel off after some time likely; izzit for indoor or outdoor as our weather can be unforgiving too

Ya. Brush on, wait a while, then go over using green scrub pad.
