Have gotten the yellow fever vaccination Yellow fever jab taken you will be safe. Don't takes too much of malaria pills have side effects. Should take the pills one or two week before flying to Ivory Coast. Bring some basic medicines. Going there for holidays or work assignment? It's a rough place to be! Always drink from bottled mineral water... ha.ha.ha., when you ever went to mineral water factory, you might be change your idea about how safe is the mineral water in the bottle. Never thought of going there for holiday. will see how it goes after this trip Will be taking mostly commercial airlines except for some areas where might need to take private place Will post some pics when I'm back Probably won't be venturing out too much, especially at night. Will be either at work or in hotel I had been working in the African bushes for more than 3 years doing oil and gas exploration including Sudan, Kenya, Tanzania, Chad and Central Africa Republic in the early 80's. Enjoying all those years in Africa. Every days is safari for us. Paid to work and see the most wildest aniamals. Selous Game Reserve in Tanzania was not fully open up to tourists during our times there doing exploration. You should go for a short holidays in Kenya and Tanzania for safari. He sat on the floor outside our office and did nothing for a few hours. We were told that someone had put a spell on him. Anyway by the end of the day he had died. What should we have done???
