Saw the jam on both sides of the pie. Looks very bad.

Luckily the jam start slightly before n after toa payoh.

Traffic smooth as silk. [laugh][laugh] [laugh]

I think if they shift airport to Tuas, confirm PIE heading to Jurong no jam. [laugh]

They will deploy TP and station along the whole PIE at every 400 metres apart.

Those who use Pioneer Road North will know that during the YOG, this stretch was free flowing everyday 'cos got men in white station everywhere = no illegal heavy vehicles stopping/parking (especially outside Dawn Logistics Centre). After YOG, everything back to normal and jam everyday. [bigcry]

Good thing about travelling out early. Can avoid kuku drivers who can't drive in bad weather.

rain only many driver fail their driving test ... [:(]

They should have a simulated circuit with rain facilities, simulated hailstroms, flood..... to test all learner-drivers. Unfortunately, this was not in their syllabus. [laugh]

You are assuming kuku drivers don't travel out early.

Whilst waiting for my son finishing his driving lesson and there was heavy rain. Can see a lot of the driving centre cars doing circuit training. Not much driving centre cars on the road ....
