Total mortgage liablity is 197B...

 

Like that hdb very difficult to come down to realistic level..

Hard to believe the statistics. I thought Singaporeans are asset rich cash poor?

As for me, I had more CPF money than cash.

sg is very cash rich one... you see so many uob wealth branches nowadays..

Think $200B cash & deposit are held by the top 1% richest.. So the rest can only pay through our a$$ for a home..
