My hope: drop by 50%

reality check: likely drop by a few k at most...there are still many who booked but haven't gotten their coes....look at the previous availability vs no. of bidders ratio..

Have to take into account it has been 3 weeks since the last round of bidding.

 

yah hor, it's 3 weeks since the last bidding...must have accumulated alot

Went to a few showrooms at Leng Kee and Ubi over past 2 weekeends... Packed siah... Though not sure how many does the booking...

I think some of these bookings are with 30-40k Coe, and I think these are use for speculation. Unfortunately we can't tell how many 'low' Coe AD has on hand but I'm sure they would not want the number of bid to fall despite the current situation.

 

When they see their booking runs low, they would come out with low Coe rebate and sell their car under 'promotional' price. This bound to increase their bookings but buyer will find that they will not be able to get their car without topping up. However, these so call speculative booking become e buffer to sustain the current high bid volume...

 

I looked at the recent 'Promotion' from Honda, they merely lower their Coe rebate and sell their cars cheaper. They still earn same same at lower selling price!
