The selfish c*nts who festoon their cars with the brightest lights think they're being safe when they are actually dazzling other road users and obscuring everything else around said c*nts' cars. For their own benefit of being able to see "everything" they end up causing pedestrians or cyclicts/PMDers around them to be hidden in the shadows due to how bright their headlights are. I have personally encountered situations like this many times. The main culprits are the Honda City, Toyota Prius, CH-R. Most likely compensating for something. Dob them in, I say!

The worse ones are those with their back fog lights on - have a license to drive does not make these people any less road hazards than the speed demons and the incosiderate queue cutting pricks...

Tested the Osram Night Breaker Laser Next Gen
I think the outcome is much better, brighter and throw is longer and it looks much better than stock at about 3200K (temperature)

Is Night Breaker Laser LTA approved? I know there's another one Night Breaker Unlimited which is LTA approved if i'm not wrong. Laser should be the improved version

I refer to the article below

Besides HID lamps, halogen bulbs with whiter light are also allowed. These bulbs are designed to filter out the yellowish spectrum, hence emitting a whiter light which increases visibility at night

Night breaker Unlimited (No next gen i saw before sell in Stamford for $90 odd for 2. Is the latest I think.

For comparison can refer here also.

For the next gen laser i think no regrets getting. Lol. Cost $65 plus for both when I got.

Better to monitor the higher temperature halogen bulbs tend to generate. Osram Night Breaker although can generate higher colour temperature the usage life is also shorter than regular halogen bulbs that are not so bright. It's the pro and con of this brand of lightbulbs.

From past experience I notice the heat when I touch the headlight assembly. On rainy days condensation is formed inside the headlight assembly. So I switched to aftermarket LED lightbulbs I bought online. It's much cooler and no forming of condensation in any weather condition.
