Ya,many years vack, the gohtong jaya MSW is the best i ever eten. The grey husk type.  I asked the seller, and he said his stock comes from Ben Tong.

I got some durians at blk 258 BP Ring Road (again) at the grand price of $1 each before P2HA kicked in again.

They were either red prawn or D13, with one lone yellow fleshed being a bummer (and being a damn prick to open as it didn't open nicely at the seams)

Each durian weighs 500g and didn't yield a lot, but it's $1!

An hour later, I had dinner and went to see durians again and despite the frenzy of human activity, the price of durians had doubled to $2.

Almost walked away until I saw a red prawn which grew in a way that resembled men's testicles (ofc I didn't buy that as it would be a pain in the ass to open that coupled with psychological harm - the auntie at the stall took it home which I why I had no pics of it).

Gotten another red prawn instead and damn, this is a very nice and bitter red prawn (700g) with a bruise on the pods, ripen to perfection. Beats some of the MSW anyways.

All are not 包吃 or 包熟 so I had to choose them with my limited skill 😊

Next time jio me leh, we go 选阿莲 together.. $1 a pc, 一包肉 also worth it liao ....
