this type is Circ Clips. yes, any screw shops should have it.

I use cable tie for this purposes.

It's ok unless your cable tie is of military grad/spec

I doubt you can buy just one piece of e-clip from bolt and nut shops - the price is probably varying not more then 2-15 cents per piece.

 

Most of such cheap locking devices are packed differently and sold to directly to different industries.

Photo shows a assorted packing of 250pcs mainly for automotive and related industries.

my fuel pump was serviced in sin ming.

Most of the time fuel pump are not serviceable, it's best to replace because to remove fuel pump in the tank is very cumbersome and extreme cautious have to be taken due the fact petrol is very explosive.
