But is a genuine danger also Especially since it's a big junction... Hard to tell if is the person making a mistake or just pushing his luck... I also kenna before, sometimes thinking of something and the opposite traffic stop liao naturally thought its our turn to move off. Then when move half way liao omg still red light. cannot back up or stop already so faster just zao! No, i do not think you should report.
