the main attraction would be the role play which the kids can play different occupation of the adult. i think somewhere in Malaysia already have a similar theme park.

I think it will do well. I have gone to the one in KL several times. It is always full

They get to run the town in watever roleplaying they want, policeman, CSI, firemen, doctors, nurse, lawyers, contruction workers, storekeepers, cook, pilots, taxi drivers(kiddyride cabs).

 

KL has one and it's super crowded(mostly with SGeans)

Very soon we will become a theme park country.....they decided Port is no more lucrative business divert to tourism.
