I doubt this is possible. Usually ppl mix up with the HU. The other info on the instrument panel will still be in Japanese. Especially for cars equipped with sensing. Just my 2 cents comment a month ago, I saw with my own eyes PI JDM Toyota Esquire hybrid Sensing display and instrument panel both in full english. There are two displays on the esquire, one in the middle for hybrid battery charge and sensing, and one on the instrument cluster. they did the eng conversion here in SG.
