Heard good things about the 2016 which FC can hit 17km/l (old man driving). But complains that rear passenger may not feel aircon.

My air con is v cold at the back. No problem at all.

Does KM give W30 or W20 during 1000km servicing?

0W30

I see above the speedometer always change blue light and green light. Any idea whatâs that?

Green means driving in a fuel efficient manner. Blue means not so economy..

Hi, Iâm new here and I would like to know the Honda City 1.5A SV Manufactured date 2016. Iâm intending to buy a 2nd hand and wonder if it is low in fuel consumption? Is it worth it to buy.

Maybe u shld look at new City. Think the depreciation is better with the low COE now.

2016 COE was about 40k.

The current market price for 2016 City is 50k. (You will know how much the 2nd hand dealer is earning from you. lol)

Any reason why u guys bought City SV instead of Civic 1.6? Price different only about 9k

Civic too Low (feel like falling into the seat, rather than getting in)

Happy with 1.5cc, good fc, good hp, good enuff for small family size. A little lower road tax, insurance.

a small n nimble car for squeezing and parking. (Esp parallel)

A good workhorse for bread n butter, and still fun to drive when u want to.

My service coming up, try ask for W20.

My FC around 14km/l with eco mode n 90% expressway (but with moderate jam). One time hit got hit 16km/l.

The manual did mention both W20 and W30 is suitable for the engine. And highlighted W20 will improve FC.

SE no reply to the request. Only help me book service appointment.

I’m not if you are mixing up the Jap made DOHC 1.5l found in the Vezel and Jazz with the much older SOHC 1.5l that’s found in the City?

City still uses the older SOHC engine dating back to the previous gen 2008 Jazz 1.5/City if I am not wrong. Current Jazz 1.5 uses the newer direct injection DOHC engine. Surprisingly the JDM version of City, Grace uses this same DI DOHC engine as Jazz 1.5. Edited by Thecarboy302

The new DOHC has the irritating "tick tick tick" noise, often heard in Vezel, Civic, HRV.

See if u can tahan this kind of noise

City is quiet, even if you floor it (at least for my car)
