Heartlander Turbocharged March 7, 2014 Share March 7, 2014 u trust nea's pm10 reading ah? always green despite strong chao tar smell, and the aql consistently showing yellow in pm2.5 scale particles less than 2.5 is no joke.. esp after deep breathing into the lungs. from what i read last time, micro particles get into your lungs don't come out. it is detrimental to your health in the long run. perhaps go gym and run threadmill instead? Picnic06-Biante15 Supersonic March 7, 2014 Author Share March 7, 2014 (edited) Yesterday morning and today around 530AM can smell, I didn't check the PSI readings before I went for a run and the smell was quite strong (specially if you're catching your breath whilst running)...but surprisingly around 615-630 (finishing up)..quite ok already.. Location in Woodlands. Thank you for breathing in all the haze during your run. Thats why when you returned at 6.15, haze lesser ... Yes, keep healthy brother ... Ask Miss Vivian to stand or if he's tied, sit in the open area for 30 mins in times when it looks damm hazy, but low psi, if he can accept it, then the readings should be right.
