I buy the 1-litre Country Farms brand for RM58 at Jusco. Sometimes comes with freebie small sample bottle. The same 1-litre bottle sells here for S$40! I add to yoghurt, rice, fry omelette with it, put on hair and dry skin, and drink it neat.

Thanks, the Virgin coconut oil I'm using 300ml/$15 from mustaffa, manufacture in Malaysia.

Tried those from Philippines, Thailand & Indonesia.

So far I feel this brand still the best.

Found out latest craze last night during MU with my retired colleagues.

 

It seem that there is a latest hot items in the market "Super Virgin Coconut Oil' as health suppliment. Many of my colleagues who when to JB would buy a few bottles (1 liter bottle) and bring back to SG.

Its the meat that contains high cholesterol if I'm not mistaken ...

 

The coconut oil I am talking about is 'cold press' one. Those heated coconut oil is different from cold press coconut oil.

 

It seem to work for my colleagues and most of them had slim down losing 8 ~ 12 kilo of fats.

Coconut as many uses.. Can use for hair, as moisturizer for your skin. And of course cooking.

 

Local Indian shop has cheaper brands like Parachute. but they are not extra virgin, or cold pressed.. They smell the same though.
