We are being led into a wild goose chase. No one knows what really happened, even the so called sharman or aviation experts. Just waiting for more mysteries to unfold…..

This is so mysterious! Were there any similar cases previously? The Bermuda Triangle is famous for strange happenings but nothing can explain how this plane can disappear without a trace.

Just sit back and carry on watching the plot. I truly hope it will have a happy ending...

'INTERFERENCE': Pilot in another plane was flying 30 minutes ahead of MH370

SEPANG: A BOEING 777 pilot, who was flying 30 minutes ahead of the missing Malaysia Airlines aircraft, said he established contact with MH370 minutes after he was asked to do so by Vietnamese air traffic control.

The captain, who asked to not be named, said his plane, which was bound for Narita, Japan, was far into Vietnamese airspace when he was asked to relay, using his plane's emergency frequency, to MH370 for the latter to establish its position, as the authorities could not contact the aircraft.

"We managed to establish contact with MH370 just after 1.30am and asked them if they have transferred into Vietnamese airspace.

"The voice on the other side could have been either Captain Zaharie (Ahmad Shah, 53,) or Fariq (Abdul Hamid, 27), but I was sure it was the co-pilot.

"There were a lot of interference... static... but I heard mumbling from the other end.

"That was the last time we heard from them, as we lost the connection," he told the New Sunday Times.

He said those on the same frequency at the time would have heard the exchange.

This, he said, would include vessels on the waters below.

He said he thought nothing of it, as the occurrence (of losing contact) was normal, until it was established that MH370 never landed.

"If the plane was in trouble, we would have heard the pilot making the Mayday distress call. But I am sure that, like me, no one else up there heard it.

"Following the silence, a repeat request was made by the Vietnamese authorities to try establishing contact with them."

Malay-language daily Berita Harian reported that RMAF chief General Tan Sri Rodzali Daud as confirming that the Butterworth base had received the plane's signal.

It quoted Rodzali as saying that the signal received indicated that the plane followed its original route before it entered the airspace above the northern east coast of Peninsular Malaysia.

"The last time the plane could be traced by an air control tower was near Pulau Perak, which is on the Straits of Malacca at 2.40am.

"After that, the signal from the plane was lost," he said.

It was also reported that a Singaporean air traffic surveillance and control unit also picked up the signal that MH370 "made a turn back before it was reported to have climbed 1,000 metres from its original altitude at 10,000 metres”.

The plane, which was carrying 239 passengers of 14 nationalities and an all-Malaysian cabin crew, left the Kuala Lumpur International Airport for Beijing at 12.40am on Saturday.

It was widely reported that the plane, a Boeing 777-200ER aircraft, went missing at around 1.30am while flying above the South China Sea between the Malaysian east coast and the southern coast of Vietnam.

The plane reported went off radar and its last known location was 065515 North (longitude) and 1033443 East (latitude).

If the plane indeed turn around and flew towards Straits of Malacca then it is certainly not simply a mechanical fault ?

So which radar tracking is correct?

Or someone plug in his virus infected thumbdrive into the pc and cause wrong information to be produced and transmitted?

duno i goto that flightradar site duno wats going on.

video seems to say that flightradar website showed 2 different data paths of d same flight...

They should have changed the flight route number before the next flight takes place.

Some people will just manipulate with the next flight's tracking and claims it was the downed flight.

Flightradar24 is just a website, not an actual radar system.

It's highly unlikely that it's a terrorist attack now, as nobody has claimed the attack.

Sabotage.... Maybe, but not likely done by passengers and crews onboard the aircraft. It could jolly well be ground handling crews messing about the aircraft.

KLIA is one of the most prestigious airports in Asia. Surely they aren't that stupid to screw up their management systems, including security.

In any case, I'm pretty sure that right now here in Singapore, there are tourists or workers who came in on stolen/ fake passports.

I believe it's rather easy to change the identity photo and data of a stolen passport, especially one that hasn't had its data in a foreign country.

As for Malaysia Airlines and plane makers, including ATR, Boeing, Airbus, Gulfstream, Bomboardier, they should have standard fitting cameras and network monitoring systems. Modifications should now be in place for older variants of aircraft that do not have these systems.

It's a good wake up call this incident.

Just a suggestion - ATs fighting on the plane and broke the window, causing the cabin to de-pressurised?

Just last week a video was posted of a fight onboard another plane.

Woman remembers cockpit fun with missing pilot

A young woman claims she was entertained in the cockpit for an entire flight back in 2011 by the co-pilot who was on board the Malaysian Airlines plane that went missing on Saturday.

Possible that the pilot invited girls into the cockpit and having 'fun' with them then something screwed up?!

Headed West? And the SG ATC only gave the info after 4 days?

Maybe the flight path was entered wrongly, autopilot tracked wrongly?

Maybe All crews and passenger landed in Madagascar already.

Really lots of twist now. [:(]

They are more interested in investigating the identities of the 2 stolen passports than putting more effort in searching for the missing plane. What does it help in knowing who they are right now?

I don't know the capabilities of radars, but most radars have a lower threshold which the operator set to filter out noises from things like small sampans or even waves. Otherwise, the radar screen will be full of 'contacts'.

Also, we do know that military jets frequently fly low to avoid radar coverage, even for transports like C130, so it's technically possible to fly a B777 below radar coverage.

All the hijackers need to do is to fly below radar for a couple of hours in another direction and then go back up to cruising altitude (flying low consumes more fuel) far from where SAR teams are looking.

The plane is fueled for 8 hours of flying, minus 1 hour of flight time for the fuel guzling low level flying, it still gives enough fuel to fly to most parts of continental asia.

How long do you think the"terrorists" will hold out and not demand for something if it's really true? And where do you think they can land without detection?

Latest news is, Interpol has run the 2 passengers with stolen passport on their databases and ruled out terrorism.

Anyway, a hypothetical theory if terrorism is involved, it will have to be state sponsored, because the terrorists have to find an airport which can handle a 777, and you'll need some support from the authorities to coordinate and execute such a plan.

kekeke... i read too much Tom Clancy thrilller..

they are getting really desperate.......

next thing they will allow Chinese mediums

Their appeal to alternative means only highlights their backward thinking which one can only assume translate into their inept craft maintenance.

We should not attribute to terrorism what can be explained by stupidity.

I hope the victims'families launch a class action suit and break the Malaysian Airline bank.

Stupid people will never learn. Bankrupting them will save many more lives.
