natural air freshner :

 

* use sandalwood rosary or a block of wood - then every week drop a few drops of good
quality aroma oil:

 

- sage oil - good for mosquitos, refreshing smell, clears the pontianak

- lemon oil - refreshing and keeps u awake, helps with gas problems

- eucalyptus oil - ok for flies, roaches etc ... but personally i cannot take the scent

- cedarwood oil - great for flies, roaches - they die naturally - refreshing scent

 

* bottle will last u a few months, scent last a week plus

 

if dont wan to tab oils then use fresh lemons in the car, once the lemon dryes --- can throw them away

 

to remove smell .. keep a small container of baking soda as a neutralizer

Would using Thirsty Hippo dessicate the leather in the car? Once leather dries out it will be prone to cracking.

 

In addition to changing the air cabin filter regularly, my method is to keep the interior as clean as I can - wipedown all surfaces, vacuum under the seats, and finish off with a natural leather cleaner/ conditioner.

 

It is an old ride but passengers have commented it has a new car smell.

I use glade on my car. The smell can last very long.

I 2nd this but in white peach. I simply cut a few holes on the seal so the smell will not be overbearing.

Can last a very long time as long not placed directly under the sun.
