看到对面咖啡店欲以2万元出租，业主也要起租金50%，一个月要价1万2000元，著名中峇鲁香港锦田烧腊撑不下去，下个月结束营业。

拥有14年历史的香港锦田烧腊店坐落在成保路第58座组屋楼下，就在中峇鲁巴刹对面。

老板叶国清（62岁）原籍香港，18岁起学做烧腊，1985年在本地一家酒店邀约下，来新当厨师。他与妻子陈玉英（55岁）于2000年自立门户，在中峇鲁巴刹开档，05年才搬到现址。

《新明日报》接获消息指，因为业主要大幅度加租，香港锦田撑不下去，即将结束营业。

I dun find their food nice, yeah it's expensive too. I prefer the roast pork stall in the opposite hawker centre.
