This forum is a bit "slow",... unlike the Forester one.

 

Maybe coz x-trial owners not as "adventurous",.... and there's also a WhatsApp group.

 

For TPMS,... there is 2 types.... depending on what your preference is.

 

One is using the OBD, and its "plugged" into your system,... The other is placed on the dashboard and there are little sensors placed on your rims/tyres.

 

If you go online,... or a few pages earlier,.. you may find some info.

However,... if your X is the recent facelifted one,... I am not sure if the system is the same,... but 90% should be.    

 

BTW,... most people get their stuff online,... but I prefer to get them across da border.

I was studying pictures of the sidesteps in aliexpress and tmall. Looks like I would need to remove the lower body mounding of the facelifted Xtrail in order to fit the sidesteps.

not sure if the TPMS works with the FL, mine is the 2014 version and it works well. 

 

For sidestep it should be compatible.

 

 

On a separate note are our headlights LED ones?

Yes I studied the sidesteps area. I think can fit for the latest FL.
