Hi Guys ,

I'm keen to buy this car at 43k . Is it a reliable model to drive till year 10 ? What is the fair market value ? Thanks .

If it's my money, I will offer $36k~$38K.

Reason being, the stock rims is not available and AR of this model should always maintain the class and not to downgrade as a "jap" car look.

Reliability of AR?

Just a weak battery can send faulty signal to the driver from ABS and/or VDC and/or EBS and/or several other failure.

A weak battery causes my ex-156 to skip 2nd gear and I'm unable to change gear 1~2~3 or 3~2~1. Sometimes missing 3rd when shift 4/2 or 2/4.

AR ownership is never about reliability, it's more like the (fun/bad) experience you get while owning it.

Better not... if you're eyeing it just because of the low depreciation and not because you're serious about an Alfa, you'll end up paying a lot more that you're prepared to - be it in terms of repair costs, time lost, or the loss when you re-sell the car again.
