if one has smarttag, one can choose to use either smarttag or TnG lane, depending which is faster. So its 15 lanes to choose from, not 6

Yes they accept walk-in but it will be faster with an appointment. I saw those without appointment spending a long time at the counter while it is a breeze for those with appointment. Do note that the appointment is for about 20 cars at each time slot so there is a crunch at the start of the time slot. For example, if the appointment time is 2.00pm, you can drop by anytime from 2.00pm to 4.00pm. The irony is those who are punctual have to queue a long time because almost everyone arrives promptly at the appointed time. On the other hand, if you arrive very late, there is no queue.😇

Just came back from JB via Woodlands. No VEP check at all and i have yet to register.

Only at Singapore side got check 3/4 tank fuel. The car in front of kana .. not his day man.
