That's good.....the HDB near me already $4.50 for chicken rice...Bishan estate....

if shopping mall, I think chicken rice at least $5,00 for normal portion.

That is something i don't quite understand.  A chicken rice stall in any foodcourt pays higher rent plus service charge. Enjoys a bigger stall and cooking space, customers ate in ac space with nothing placed beyond the stall. Nice layout without cluttering the walkway. Central washing.

Why hawker centre just unable to match them even with government subsidies? Foodcourt operators doing some charitable works?

Indeed the 4G did an excellent job in maintaining this title!

We have been holding to this NUMBER 1 title since our loving founding father left in 2015!

Solid job siah!

They deserve a coke!

They are obviously working their guts out to maintain this title!

They certainly earned my 'respect' and 'vote'!

A HDB also rents for about the same price as a comparably sized condo unit.

Its more like food court lowers to hawker pricing level.

They should include these kind of invisible and “free” goods when they calculate the most expensive cities.

What is the cost of having thousands of trees per km sq in the city? Free toilets? Potable water?
