Woke up to some commotion downstairs. Then saw blinkers. Saw a dog lying on the middle of the road. RIP to the doggie. Not sure what happened, did not see any other vehicles on site except for two police cars.

RIP to the dog :(

Hope the driver that knocked the dog can go into SPF to tell his story...

Don't just becos it's an animal that the driver can think it's not an offense.

The 'dog' got leash on it body. Could be someone bring the dog for a walk and the dog run off or......

Worst case the dog owner's body could be a few meters away .... :o

The car part look like a side mirror and only a person of that height could dislodge the side mirror...

Hit & Run accident ... [sweatdrop]

Turbocharged

The leash on the dog seems like one used by guide dogs for blind people?

Don't know if guide dogs are trained to use overhead bridges?

Anyway..RIP to the dead...

Supercharged

What I heard was if driver hit cat, no offence.

No wonder today I spotted the cat carcass on lane 1 near the divider just before Orchard exit never get cleared away. Past the area two times and it is still there.

Not all dogs lah. Sometimes have to slow down and high beam, then tap horn a bit.

Please look after you dog properly, this one looks like got harness on.
