The replies did not say its wrong to horn at the Jazz ; there is no need to . Its not like a collision is about to happen as the cam car is still some distance away . Exercise some patience and tolerance , driving will be less stressful for all users.

 

By honking the driver is simply INSISTING on his right of way ; by submitting the trivial incident to the Police he is insisting that justice should be served.

 

This is also a fact. Period.
