On Tuesday 14th Oct 2014 at 9.30pm, I was driving along Jalan Besar and come across a road hogger (SGH 2683R) who was driving at about 20-30 km/h. When i signal to him that he was blocking the road, he deliberately jam brake a few times, trying to cause an accident. When i signal left to turn into a side road, he abruptly change lane to cut into my lane and stop by the side of a double yellow line to block me from moving forward.

Trafiic Police, please do your part by booking him for inconsiderate driving, dangerous driving, illegal parking on the double yellow line.

I don't think the TP stake out at MCF too summon people.

You should send to their official reporting website.

You can just overtake that car from either left or right.

High beam for what?

just overtake lor, like the other vehicle

Yeah, the driver have a choice to overtake from lane1 and life moved on. Instead following that car and high beam to front car to move out from lane2? Unless the driver in lane 1 and front vehicle is not moving (hogging) then his claimed is reasonable

You did not mention how you signalled to him? Neither did you mentioned trying to overtook him? Perhaps you disappointed that he was not better driver than you assumed him to be.

Unless you forward this video to TP, you are doing next to nothing about it. [shakehead]

errr, is it the music, everything looks so serene.

plenty of room to move to right and move on

forward to TP?, haiz

is that a Nissan sunny?

yah, maybe driver looking for something . . . . . looking for lost geylang?

Traffic along this road can be rather heavy and there are always lots of jaywalkers, changing of lane etc. 20 to 30km/h might be comfortable for a new driver or someone not familiar with this stretch of road. Do not assume that everyone can handle the speed limit of 50km/h here, he might just been taking safety into consideration.

From the video if his speed was too slow, you can easily overtake from the left or right side of the road. High beam is not designed to tell others what to do.

Your signal to him that he was blocking the road by HIGH BEAM?? [furious] i dont see any fault with his driving tho.. all the other cars managed to filter right and move on. maybe driver not familiar with that area and looking for a particular road to exit. maybe he stop by the side to check his car or wanna ask u y u high beam cos thinking maybe his boot not closed properly/got something stuck beneath his car/tyre puncture ...etc...etc ?? pls laa..dont get stressed out over a small petty incident..ive seen a lot lot worst drivers than this... [thumbsup]

what is wrong with you, people traveling on a slow lane you high beam him? how he turn to the side of the road? that is a bus lane you understand or not?

Maybe he was looking for some shop or admiring the night lighting. If i were him i would do the same lor. Hogger dun apply in small road like this.

Wah.. .with the kind of background music I would drive like a saint.

Anyway, there is nothing wrong driving slowly on the left. He is probably not familar with that area. Why did you keep high beaming him? Just overtake from the right.

And the last part, why did you block the taxi by stopping there? He let you go first.

Think people should stop posting these drivers clips because they will get shot by many...

Even its the fault of the other party, somehow or rather that person will still get flak-ed...

No offence to anyone...
