Couple of years before I was having Lancer EX 2.0 M GT, it was a joy to drive the car and since the COE was at the peak, decided not to extend, Car was at excellent condition. On hindsight, I should have extended it for another 10 yrs. sent you whatsapp message.

Exactly, for a 2Ltr car, I easily used to get close to 11 to 12kms / ltr which is not bad at all. Moreover, what I liked in the car are power and precision, cornering was always perfect. For a B&B car, you can't ask more. Ironically, Nowadays most of the B&b cars are more boring to drive. I am the kind of person who gets excited every time I get behind the wheels. I seriously wish Mitsubishi \ Nissan will revive the model again. Certainly, there is a good fan following for that model.

Civic 1.8 is good choice, you can still feel the power when vtec kicks in and personally think it’s the most good looking car among your choice.
