Please try not be distracted from driving safely.

Solution for not distracted:-

Counting number of Corollas or Altis on the roads, eyes will sure look at the road in front for these cars!!!

sharing something that caught in my dvr few days back, ignore the date stamp as i didn't set it..
The taxi is in front, what pissed me off is the uncle trying to deny and push the blame to the poor driver..
and even wanted to call the police.. wasting tax payer money..
as i render help to him, the poor chap was shivering in fear/shock..
furthermore, exhaust dropped and don't think car was in a condition to drive.
Children in car, were shocked as well.
lucky i was behind the scene, capturing all.
assured the driver that he's in the right of way and everything in recorded (finally, my dvr working....)
the driver used my video and fought his case.
glad that we helped, least on the road.
Drive safe :D

5 points upped for you bro....good one!!

You're right. Sorry, but the stupid Odyssey driver driving a black car with no lights on in the night, just asking for trouble.

If I'm the teksi lau, I sure fight the case till the end.

Who knows, maybe teksi lau also got car DVR capturing his view of the incident.

yup first thing i notice when he went past u is

a) he going much faster than you - speeding? (or you hogging? haha)

b ) no rear lights on. so means front also might not be on (because when jam brake all lights on liao for that driver)

black car, night + no lights. if im the taxi driver and i got cam, i sure say ... how to see this kind of ninja car?

Innocent majority penalised again for such accidents?

He was helping the culprit who caused the accident?

Sometimes, people don't know where the stand is. This is our society these days... [hur]

Based on the video by TS, the car driven without switching on headlights at night is more likely cause for the accident (TS's car got a slight nearside headlight misalignment). Perhaps driving without switching on the headlights (act of negligence) to be fully to blame for the accident. Its also illegal to drive during poor visiblility without switching on the headlights.

I believe the Insurer for the taxi would claim against the black car.

You are right. Driving at night without switching on the headlights is negligence, and the cause for the accident. Somehow TS choose to help the culprit who caused the accident instead. [lipsrsealed]

No Chance because our first world law is, regardless of headlight/tail-lights on/off, as long as you hit, you are in the wrong.

Unlike in states and many first world countries, cars with faulty head/tail lights are deem not roadworthy vehicles.

You got the point. You are right. Seems the Authority reluctant to enforce? Manpower shortage or unable/unwilling to pay salary?

ROI too low.

catch speeding is much more lucrative...
