Toyota Mark X - Maintenance and Servicing

Hi guys might be a dumb question but I've heard mark X all share same parts.. would I be able to swap shocks from a 2015 grx 130 to my 2010 grx133? I've compared them and they look relatively the same,  just  want to know for sure

I'm new here. Just recently imported my Mark X and every translation is in Japanese. It's pretty difficult to understand and even the manual.  Please help.

If you have troubles with translation, then try to look for a manual in internet. Another possibility would be to download an official application. Or non-official that might track fuel log of yours during driving in real time. 

i mean, there are a lot of possibilities. Just try to use some time :3
