My recent supplement is lemon juice freshly squeezed and drink with warm water in the morning. No sugar/honey added. [grin]

Going to replenish my lemon stock later.

Fish oil is good generally for most.

Those with joint problem can try too. It helps, at least for me. I tried Glucousame, keep getting fainting spell and irregular heart beat.

Fish oil. IF I remember to take lol...

Yes, I agree.

Tried glucosame and it didn't help with my knee joint pain, but fish oil appears to.

Although I don't have the discipline to take it everyday. :D

I've tried a few supplements, but now reduced mostly to fish oil, magnesium, apple cider vinegar and honey.

The rest I prefer to take in via fruits and vegetables.

Bananas is a cheap source, full of good stuff like potassium and manganese.

Taking whole fruits and vegetables is healthier and more balanced.

You should only take supplements if your body is lacking in something after your regular meals.
