Was comparing the a4 and the 2GC.
For the Audi sale of 134,999 for the A4, does it include all the upgrades?

I would say no. The local A4 has always been quite bare and basic, 16“ rims, no memory seats and Iirc no reverse cam.

But A4 dashboard material, feel and fit plus VC is top notch

Was quoted 115k excluding COE for the base spec, must take their in-house loan to qualify for the warranty and servicing package. Do you guys have any experience if the quoted price can still be negotiated for?

The 2GC secret deal

In this pandemic period, I think no harm to try bargain abit more but for 2GC being a very new model, it might be more difficult.

If they can’t give u cash discount, u can also ask for BSI+ (includes change of wear n tear items like brake pads, discs, wiper blades etc) instead of the standard BSI servicing which they normally give. Good luck!

So the COE they bid for u or u bid yourself?

Haha i tried, the SE refuses to budge on the cash discount portion. COE they bid, but tag to previous month CAT B COE of $30,012 with rebates if the COE drops.

Ya it is like casino game...buy then hope u get rebate. I took part in the 3ser secret deal, I looked at the price and the deal is worse then pre CB (of course only so call high COE $30,012 rebate is the carrot). Told SE to go ahead and refund me the 500 bucks, I wait for COE plunge and BMW group announced profit warning then I consider to buy. My price is 320i (Luxury) all in at least $160K, any figure below will be bonus.

Yeah the 3er secret deal was rubbish, plus air show units also. With so many ongoing sales from Audi, VW and others, do you really think the COE will plunge? Singaporeans secretly very rich one.

So that means all in price $145k? n rebate every $ below $30,012, think the list price was $10k more. The OMV is $35k? So shld be less than $13k depreciation per yr

Very nice car n a new model so I suppose it’s as good as it gets but of course can’t fight Volvo S60 for VFM but that’s a sedan.

Who knows..but things are uncertain now so those that are not in a hurry to change car likely will hold on. 320 mostly are employees..so maybe will wait and see if their company may cut pay or restructure..those rich one will go for 4ser and M or maybe 330.

I heard PML will bring in 318 to fight with c160. That one likely can get below $160k. 320 at $160k abit tough if u ask me but pandemic period so who knows?

320i (the B48 2.0l engine one) unlikely to go down to $160k.

Based on OneMotoring LTA car cost breakdown the basic cost without COE is already around 120k.

You add 20k for COE (assume COE really crash) and 40k for PML bare minimum profit is already 180k.

during bad times pml margin can go down to $20k for b&b 320 as long as more $$ is made from trade-in car and loan interest

especially to move the bare bone 320 ... [laugh]
