On end of 2021 when i am looking around for my new ride, Q3 and Q3 Sportback difference is about 5 to 8K. How come now the difference is $16K. Or i remember wrongly? Anyone can enlighten me?

Bought the A5SB for 216k. Traded in my close to 4 yr Insignia at 88k (previously only 85k, so I bargained to 88k).

Thought there is a min loan amt or something, but no leh, they allowed me to downpay extra. 
 

Cons are is that only 3 yr warranty, no free servicing and only can choose white or black.

Will sell this card after warranty ends though.

A colleague jus bought the new X1 at $219K. Traded in his near-2YO 216i GT for $139K. Bought the 216i GT for $128K in Jun'21.

Definitely best deal from price point of view, their cost alone, based on current Cat A COE, is already at 133k, that means they will make a loss if COE does not come down. I believe  they  are expecting Cat A  COE to come down, but if it does not come down significantly, they will be making a loss or unless they are desperate to hit their sales volume quota.  This car has a rebate of 15k, causing it to have a lower ARF and therefore lower PARF. But since the car price is so low, it does not matter the low PARF, just focus on  anual depre.

The Mokka looks good tbh. I been driving a used 2017 Astra for 2 years now. Been a joy to drive. If depreciation is $12k,it's a reasonable deal in times like this.

Sounds like a good deal given CAT B COE already 113K. Printscreen as of 18 May 23. 0-100kmh in 8.2sec makes it a warm hatch if space is not a concern.

Always ask on the terms n conditions and if loan , does rule 78 applies.

also note those are 2021 cars . Your new car will flat spot .. see if agent going to replace tires for u one to one same specs.

check the car if it’s going to be the FR plus as it has the digital cockpit. 
 

other than this , it’s way better than getting a use car . Nearest competitor is the mazda2 n fit.
