how much it would cost to install this DVB if the set is at $130? keen to get a set

Hi installation ranges from 40 to 60 in sg. if u head north it's less than 20sgd lolx. If ure very technical and handson then it would be foc.

I saw a digital TV tuner on eBay. It's much cheaper. Connection would be using the red, white and yellow cables. Power will be from cigarette lighter. I wonder if this will work with the head unit. Had anybody tried before?

Hi All,

just installed this Pioneer option DVB-T with my 8750BT. I do think it is the skill of the installer. Auto Image split the location of the antennas. one under the front bumper and another the back bumper. Good installation. Quality is excellent along ECP Changi to town. Freezes less often compared with my old Nera. Overall I'd great improvement.

Cheers,

Ken

If those so called blind spots of DVB-T2 still can receive signal, then pioneer tock kong leow

But if cannot, then all the same lor, brand vs non branded

Hey Joe, after putting the antenna on the dashboard, the signal seems better

But those "blind spots" area not cover by the DVB-T2 rollout still got problem

Think should get better as the roll out goes

Seems like before election time, nothing is moving leh :(

Now election over, those guys should get there butts moving !

Just so you know the transmitting tower is in Bkt Batok.

AYE is good.

PIE is good.

CTE from AMK to Orchard before tunnel is good.

ECP from MCE exit to airport is good.

SLE not yet

TPE not yet.
