Hi all, which is good workshop to change front brake pads n battery if not going to BM, n price (Inc labour)?

Was told front pads left 3mm (new is 10mm?) but if so seems still some mileage left with the pads?

I agree.

What I tried to ask was reliable workshops that assess accurately what needs to change / repair n price is reasonable.

I had come across workshops that cannot resolve my old car's issue after changing the parts they claim faulty. Others tried to sell more services.

@Kklee what's mileage of your car now n what parts needed replacement?

Nearing 170k
Actually I don't know what parts needed replacement.
Likely is brake pads.  But I also want to change the brake disc so that I can do the bedding process. 🤣
AC also need some work - I am looking at those  AC service using machine.

@ConnorMcLeod

Change battery n front brake pads elsewhere at $110 & $160 verses BM carrot price $150 n $250. The BM price is after whatever member plan discount of 30% means the numbers would be nearly 2x of outside price. 😰

Any workshop can do brakes and discs for Toyota. In fact, it is common for owners to DIY brake pad change also, it is that straightforward.

And what do you mean by service AC using machine?

They have those machine ( don't know call what ) that extract the AC gas and clean.
The only concern I have is the AC receiver-drier not replaced.

Maybe I go buy the parts and let the workshop replace the brake/disc.
